COCOA BALLS

 

Ingredients:

50 g sugar

125 g butter

1 packet biscuits

50 g walnuts

1 spoon cocoa

0,5 dl rum

1 vanilla sugar

Instructions:

 

Crush the biscuits and mill the walnuts. Mix all ingredients together and create the dough. Put the dough into the fridge. Then make a small balls from the dough and wrap them in coconut or walnut. 

WALNUT SALAMI

Ingredients:

15 dkg sugar

2 yolks

2 spoons cocoa

4 spoons walnuts

30 dkg biscuits

12 dkg fat

2 spoons rum

Instructions:

  1. Make a dough from all ingredients.
  2. Put the dough into the fridge for 1 day.
  3. Make a roll from dough.
  4. Cut it into slices.
  5. Pour chocolate over it and sprinkle it with walnuts.

POTATO SALAD

 

Ingredients:

1 kg boiled potatoes
34 dkg canned vegetables
1 spoon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

1onion
4 eggs
40 dkg soft salami
25 to 30 dkg pickle
8 spoons mayonnaise

 

Instructions:

Cut all ingredients and mix them together. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise and mix it. Enjoy your meal. If the salad is too dense, you can diluted it with dressing from pickles. 

 

 

GINGERBREAD

Ingredients:

2 spoons  honey

2 cofee spoons  gingerbread spice

1 cofee spoon soda

2 eggs

100 g vegetable fat

140 g sugar

400 g flour

 

Instructions:

  1. Make  dough from all ingredients.
  2. Put the dough into the fridge for 1 day.
  3. Roll out the dough.
  4. Make various shapes using cutters.
  5. Put into oven for 15 min. until it´s brown. 

Those are ready to be decorated with sugar frosting.
